Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order:

If you want to cancel an order please notify us in writing via email within  3 hours after you placed an order or after payment.  An email of acknowledgement will be sent to confirm that we received your cancellation.

If your parcel is already sent and you cancel the order,  you will be responsible for the return postage cost.   After we received the parcel with the items undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging,  the total amount will be refunded.
