Return Policy
When goods are received, please check that they are undamaged and in accordance with our delivery note before signing for them. Your signature will be regarded as proof of delivery.
If you want to return an item/s, notify us in writing within 5 working days (7 calendar days) to arrange for a return or exchange. Kindly send an email to Barbarajuweel@gmail.com stating the reason for your return of the item/s.
Barbara Jewellers will respond within 2 working days on the outcome of your request.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return.
Barbara Jewellers will not be liable for item/s lost or damaged during return process.
The customer will be refunded the value of the return item/s, after receiving the item/s undamaged, unworn and still in its original packaging.
If the customer wants to exchange an item for any other item in Barabara’s Jewellery collection, a new order ill be processed. The final document will only reflect the price difference (payable or refundable).
